VOLUNTARY INSURANCE

The indemnities that the Insured or Driver are obliged to pay as a result of the non-contractual civil liability derived from the damages caused to third parties due to acts of circulation with the insured vehicle. The sum insured for this guarantee is 50.000 euros.

MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE “SOVI”

The coverage of this insurance covers accidents that occurred during the trip and those that occurred before the start of the trip, once the public service vehicle with a capacity of more than nine seats had been made available to travelers for use, such as those immediately arrived after finishing, provided that, when it occurs, the traveler is in said vehicle.

COMPANY LIABILITY INSURANCE

We have civil liability insurance that covers our commercial activity.

1º. Civil Liability for Exploitation: € 600,000.

2º. Employer Civil Liability: € 600,000.

3º. Civil Product Liability. € 600,000.

4º. Legal defense.

IN ADDITION, THE COMPANY HAS ADDITIONAL COMPLEMENTARY INSURANCE LIKE D&O CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE (INSURANCE AND MANAGERS RC INSURANCE) WITH AN INSURED SUM OF € 1.000.000.
